As the kids have broken up for Christmas, we are winding down and those last orders are flying out the door! In 2025, we have so many changes and new products coming your way, it's like Christmas came early!
What's Been Going On Behind the Scenes?
You may have noticed from our WTF Wednesday emails or social media that things have been a bit chaotic. This year has been a rollercoaster, and I've been as not very well! Some days, just getting out of bed feels like a major achievement. So we have had to really look at what and how we are doing things! Hence so many new changes coming for 2025! These I promise will be good for you and me!!
Introducing Our Team
Before the holiday madness kicks in, we wanted to take a moment to introduce you to the amazing team behind the scenes. These folks are the real MVPs, working tirelessly to make sure your orders are processed with care and efficiency.
Meet the Dream Team
First up, we have Abi (me), I am one of the owners, I run social media, I do the website, the new blog, the making orders, Dolce's Designs, answering calls & emails as well as any bookings etc.
Next, we have Tom, our shipping and delivery whiz. Tom can pack a box faster than you can say "holiday rush" and ensures that your orders are shipped out promptly. With Tom on the team, you can rest assured that your goodies will arrive in no time! He will also jump in and help me with making orders (as long as its not baking he hates baking lol) He is my main tester be it a taste tester of looking at new designs, he's always honest and will tell me good or bad!
And let's not forget about the kids, all 3 jump in and help when needed from delivery help, packing orders, doing our Tiktok, coming to events and of course helping us spread the word! With Dolce's Designs they have been given so many new things as I just needed them for pictures and they still pretend to be a tiny bit grateful lol!
