if you got our WTF Wednesday email you will know this weeks blog is about being a little more organised.
When I feel organised my mental health feels better, I must admit I am a bit OCD with my planning I love a to - do list, I time block my week each week, I meal plan & do I stick to them all? Do I heck! However I try & I like the planning lol.
I also find my doing a meal plan it helps cut the cost of my shopping as I buy what I need not what I fancy, it cuts down the stress of what shell I have ooo I cba to cook I’ll have a takeaway, all the normal excuses there are. So I am back to being better, this year also I will do everything I can to improve my mental health, I have to understand somethings are out of my control which is ok! But what I can control I will.
I try & involved the kids with doing it all however the big 2 have no interest at all but Dolce is good & will sit with me.
Here is a copy of the meal planner I use I print it out & put it on the fridge each week, feel free to save & use as you like.
